1. Enjoyable and fun working environment 2. Good pay 3. Well run and organised company 4. streamlined and functional

1. The chair isn't that comfy, but that's okay because there is so much to do 2. can be slightly boring

Cons

Building and taking down the temp store. HR claiming not to know of your existence when asking for a reference, despite the hours of hard work given. Zero connectivity between management and staff. Unrealistic targets for up selling.

Pros

Everybody is very friendly and, although the work can be fast-paced, there's nobody on your back. Subsidised canteen with good selection of stuff.

Cons

Only minimum wage - but I guess that's what you'd expect for this sort of job.
