Cons
Everyone is overworked and underpaid. There is a lack of direction and trust from upper management. The CEO is someone who dreams big without ever having a foot in reality and that causes problems when he just doesn't understand why we can't get stuff done. This is a company that is growing and needs to hire more people in order to eliminate the impossible burdens placed on everyone already doing five jobs but they care more about profits than people.
