      Very relaxed environment. Maybe...too relaxed?

      Pros

Overall, I enjoyed working here. The culture caters to outdoorsy people for obvious reasons. Being someone who wasn't really into outdoor sports, I can't say that I ever felt like I didn't fit in. People are very nice for the most part and they love to have a good time.

      Cons

C-level leadership seriously lacked. Nick Woodman always had a hopeful outlook on things, but many people in the company knew that some ideas just weren't going to be as wildly successful as he thought, *cough cough* Hero 4 Session *cough cough*.
