Pros

+ Top tier Feature and HETV projects with industry leading studios (Disney, Fox, Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV etc.) + Absolutely rock solid pipeline + Most staff generally incredibly personable people who are good at their jobs and know their craft well + Great starter company as they are well known in the industry, but don’t hang around; get your chops and GTFO!!!

Cons

- Incredibly low pay for London; almost completely untenable - Pay rises are not standard procedure; have to really fight for them - Poor work/life balance - Minimal support in professional/personal development - Pale, Male and Stale; senior management are typically old white men stuck in the 20th Century. Very old fashioned way of managing. - Don’t value loyalty - No HR department - Absolutely ZERO employee benefits - Often put the needs of the very demanding clients over the needs of its employees

Pros

Brilliant projects to work on, meet a lot of clients who can help further your career and give amazing advice. Some team members are the best at what they do and you can learn a lot from them. Wonderful place to work and learn.

Cons

Absolutely no work life balance, anyone who isn't at the top is ridiculously underpaid. There is no HR department, no benefits and you have to fight your way for a pay rise. Those working below management and higher level(engineers/colourists/sound are treated as dispensable so they don't care how they feel. The majority of staff here are unhappy. The higher ups don't see this as many have worked there for years and it shows. They don't understand how people complain about the pay when they have a job...? The most undervalued people of the company can barely afford a travelcard and you wonder why they complain?
