      Unhealthy work environment

      Pros

      Work was straightforward. They only gave me what I could do in 40 hour week.

      Cons

      The manager swore a lot and accused me of trying to take down the company. Six months after I started working there I was told by my newly hired boss that i would not get any bonuses or or pay increases and it was his job to make sure that happened. My manager deleted my work and accused me of being lazy. Then I showed him a print of my completed work and he had to admit he deleted it. When they finally fired me because it was that or give me a raise and bonus, they fought it with EDD so I could not collect unemployment. Headhunters won't send people there. This place is a nightmare. Stay away.

      Pros

      Co workers are nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Company is very thrifty when it comes to compensation and giving raises. Employees pay for most of their own healthcare expenses. Workplaces is consistantly dirty and messy. Management cites HIPPA issues to keep potential clients away from the portions of the building where 90% of the work is taking place to hide the dirty work conditions. Furniture is mismatched and employee chairs are falling apart. Makeshift computer cabling runs create tripping hazards in several areas. HR staff is downright rude and condescending. Half of the IT department walked out after being treated unfairly leaving the company in chaos for weeks. Annual employee turnaround is close to 60%.
