The director was great. She listens and understands where the needs are and helped the company develop technology CRM so that 2 office locations could communicate well.
Cons
The big ambition does not go along with the coordination. One of the higher manager kept complaining about the company amongst workers. He seemed to be busy everyday but actually did nothing productive, or helped the workers on site.
