Pros

Young, vibrant and friendly office to work in day in day out A 'work hard, play hard' ethos that is represented throughout the company - brings fantastic earning potential to those who are willing to put in the work Some fantastic staff benefits including free golf and private healthcare! Consistent investment in technology and office facilities - we even have a golf simulator in the office! Windsor is a fantastic place to live - full of bars, restaurants and occasionally the odd member of the Royal Family!

Cons

Hours will be longer than the traditional 9-5 if you are happy to put in the work. Mostly office based so little opportunity to work from home.

Pros

Great team and fantastic office atmosphere. Cheap golf and hotels. Discounted gym membership. Young and energetic workplace. Good work events in the summer and winter periods.

Cons

Basic pay was very low, especially when you consider the office is in Windsor which is an expensive place to live around. Management at times seemed to care more about lining their pockets than trying to train and develop struggling salespeople. Long hours and weekend work. Working weekends was the best way to earn commission so completely ruined your work/life balance. Really high employee turnover. Placement students come in every year and full time agents churn out when they realise they are worth more. Not much chance for promotion as the managers are young and comfortable in their role.

Pros

Good social aspect, on-site parking if you've been there long enough, free trips

Cons

20 days holiday, dress code stuck in the 90's, too corporate with directors having own offices, hardly any drinks or lunches bought by the company.
