Pros

Staff are very patient and understanding. Everyone helps each other. It's a welcoming environment with friendly faces. Training is available. Chef is on location to cook samples.

Cons

Management gets buried in meetings. Salary could be better.

Flexible work hours and often times many snacks were provided

Cons

It is very clique-y and if you weren't in sales, you weren't in the "in" crowd. The supporting departments are expected to jump through hoops in order to support sales, even if the demands were impossible and meant more work for everyone else.

Management does nothing but brainstorm. There is no useful application involved of anything that will save that company from its downward spiral.
