Terrible pay
Non-permanent staff paid better and made to compete with permanent staff for shifts.
People hired as non-permanent staff, then pressured to accept a permanent position for less pay.
Encouraged to advocate for clients, then punished for advocating for clients.
If you call off of work, your hourly wage for the week decreases - shady.
If you work alone, no compensation.
If you train someone, no compensation.
If you are an exemplary employee, no compensation.
You are forced to take clients to the day center, a place that no client enjoys going to, to make the company more money - money they will not be sharing with the day center for better quality of care, nor wage bonuses. That money will be going to building other buildings to make the company more money elsewhere.
Also, every single disabled employee is treated like garbage.
