Pros

work remote, but they're removing that

Cons

quick turn around off staff, they don't care about you. You're treated as a number not a person

Thank you for taking the time to complete this review, we really value your feedback. It's great that you appreciated the flexibility that we offer for remote working. We can appreciate that the move to more hybrid working won't be for everyone, and although we're encouraging more in-person collaboration, we continue to support flexible arrangements to help our people balance their work and home commitments. In terms of quick turnaround of team members, we don't feel that this reflects the full picture of our teams - we're proud to have a number of long-standing team members who have stayed and progressed within Goodlord for a number of years. We value the individual contribution that every team member brings, and actively encourage internal promotions and progression. However, we fully understand that sales roles aren't for everyone as a long-term career, and where people are ready to move on, we are happy to support them.
