I worked at Goodyear full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good money, chance to travel, great product. Upper management are quite approachable. Most staff very helpful. My regional manager was nice ethical guy.

    Cons

Very poor stock availability which was embarrassing with customers. You have to fit in to progress but no one really helps you with "how to fit in" and you need to live near Birmingham. Forget it otherwise.

    Advice to Management

Praise your staff. Appreciate the difficulties they face when having no stock. Don't just believe "what it looks like but find out WHAT IT IS". Some people of low ability out on a better show than those with great ability who don't put on a show.
