GraceWorks Ministries enabled me to connect my personal faith with my professional skills, as we all work together to provide wrap-around services for those in need within our community. It is a kind and supportive environment, with co-workers helping each other. As I am working in 'semi-retirement' GraceWorks has enabled me to maintain a great work-life balance, as well as provide challenging work to keep me sharp.
Cons
I do not have any concerns with working here, while it is still a 'job'. Reliability, professionalism and grace towards our Neighbors (clients, customers and co-workers) is expected.
