      Pros

      EV Roberts is a stable company that has been around for over 75 years. They have a great company culture and excellent work environment. They hire well and the people there are great to work for and work with.

      Cons

      There is not much of a career path or upward mobility for those wanting to stay long term. It would help if management offered more in terms of career growth and training.

      Customers you work with are amazing

      Cons

      Management has no clue how employees feel because the do not listen to employee complaints. If you try to talk to management you are considered being negative and then you are punished. There is no room for advancement unless you are willing to kiss butt to management. Employees are over worked and recieve no positive praise for the job they do.
