Pros

Its great working with the kids and families trying to assist them with emotional growth. I love it when the youth meet a milestone.

Cons

The campus directors need a crash course in empathy and compassion towards their staff. Professional Development is an understatement. If they don't like you they will bind you from opportunities of advancement. If you leave they will intentionally give you more work. There is a policy of retaliation but lets face it this is hard to prove. If you are in need of clinical hours I strongly suggest you earn them elsewhere this is not the place to complete your hours. This gives you the opportunity to be able to walk away without anyone hanging onto the signature that you need.

Pros

Applaud that They are trying to do. How long they've been in existence. Care about their Clients and their Guardians. Raise Awareness.

Cons

Lack of Professionalism. Inability to effectively communicate. Unfortunately, there's isn't enough room for real growth. Broken Promises. Not enough team initiative. No Overtime. No bonuses. Lack of resources. Not enough Team Assistance.

Very weird company

Pros

Graham used to hold a lot of respect in its name

Cons

The company has a very weird hierarchy. The board is heavily involved and a lot of directives given from leadership to supportive staff is directives to meet the board expectation. There’s people have been in position for years and it’s super obvious that they’re not going anywhere. Graham seems very desperate to be at the front of innovation in the foster care field however, it seems very inauthentic when you are supportive staff as they care more about being able to write what they’ve done in a pamphlet for a gala than your well-being and your safety. Also there’s no real way to hold management accountable working there is super draining. Please believe me there is no forward moving in that agency everybody’s just waiting to take Ms. Watson spot. It sounds super ironic, but you’ll probably have more support being a case planner than a coach as the coaching department is very weird.
