      Great coworkers decent work life balance good holiday and vacation benefits

      Culture has changed dramatically in the past 2 years. Used to be a GREAT environment with happy employees who believed the company had their best interest in mind. Now it may has well be another Silicon Valley corporation where politics and shareholders are more important than the work environment or culture. The company should re-write the founder's mission statement. No bonuses for employees just executive group. It's quite possible that the company leverages the location and lack of professional job opportunities to work in its benefit. As of 2014 the benefit package is a joke!
