      No cold calling, leads provided mostly qualified, reasonable potential for commission

      Core product suffers from increasing competition, no innovation. Stock availability a constant issue.

      Pros

      Good pay and hours. Management and staff members are great to work with. We believe in the products we provide and all the positive feedback from our customers inspire us to do more.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes, unpredictable workload but it's compensated for the quiet moments at work so not really a con.

      Some decent people, although the staff turnover was so high it made it a rough environment.

      Cons

      Really bad pay, awful management. Unbelievable place to work. The owners don’t have a clue about construction or anything related to, can’t even use a cordless drill. This business is just a cash cow. Great product and concept but awful company. Zero opportunity for a fitter/fabricator to improve pay grade.
