Pros
Having worked in many different companies in the same role, I have to say this is the best place ever! My work is being appreciated and I always get the guidance I need. Everyone respects each other and there is also many bonding activities going on regularly which is great! I was also given higher salary than I asked as my experience was recognized.
Cons
Although it's a startup company there is no cons as far as I am concerned.

If you want a toxic environment, being monitored without your knowledge while 1 on 1 meetings, work unpaid overtime everyday then this is the place for you! Fun to work 10:00 to 21:00 returning home about 22:00 almost every day If you really enjoy having a job offer with very specific task and being burdened with tons of other task you never agreed on, you're going to love this place! Of course, if you love working with companies that have high attrition and turnover rates, this is for you! Always fun to see people quit their jobs in waves. Officially though, no one quits - they are all fired because of "reasons" even though their work was really good 2 stars because the do pay you at the end of the month. However posh people who capitalize on work of others get the high salaries while people who actually do the job, they stay well down 4 digits Ahhh, sexist comments and male gazes are a bonus if you're into that!
