Pros
1. Amazing place to learn SAP tech stack. 2. Working in a very niche domain (Airport Analytics).
Cons
1. Zero family life for employees. 2. Expected to be available anytime and anywhere irrespective of what situation the person is in. 3. Salary structure changes very frequently where components are added and deleted as deemed fit for the organization. 4. Horrible HR policies (half day leave if login after 12 pm). No consideration even if employee leaves very late in the day due to usual heavy work load. 5. Always look for options or ways to reduce the pay every month. 6. Variable pay is a joke when they pay the amount during end of the year. 7. The managements decided the timeline for a project execution without understanding the complexity (if questioned and argue that it is not possible, they say that the technical person does not know how to work and it is not ROCKET SCIENCE). 8. Project documentation is a big JOKE. The management does not factor even 1% of project timeline for documentation. 9. Project planning is non existent. No risk mitigation, documentation time, UAT testing time is considered. Only Development time is considered in project plan. 10. HR policies are only what the CEO thinks are good for the organization.
