      Clear goals and purpose. Good relationships with clients, gives grads an opportunity to connect with large corporate organisations to support their entry into a commercial business environment. Good work/life balance, community events and networking opportunities for both HQ and Analysts.

      Cons

      I am satisfied with the organisation and do not have any concerns. I'd recommend that candidates be aware of the consultancy nature of the role, although it is permanent, it is client-led.
