Pros

- You get 2 extra weeks off a year, but can be required to work them if something comes up. - Allows for Hybrid work, provided you can prove your in front of the Laptop for the entire 8 hours. - Company party for Christmas with Alcohol served onsite - Free Company products, just wish they worked - Free Coffee if you get there early enough

Cons

- For IT group, since they let go of the CTO, current VPs and Directors are constantly fighting between themselves to become the acting CTO. - Management has no direction. Since the product is Omega-3, and there's no chemical different between Mollusk Omega-3 and Fish Omega-3, the company lives on Marketing this so called difference. - For over 6 years, asked for a budget so we could plan the IT network, never got an answer and all purchases were knee jerk based on immediate needs. Never proactive, always reactive. - They just purchased an encapsulation company in Riviera Beach. Didn't plan the purchase and management requirements to do this correctly. It looked like a bad fire drill to even begin to understand what was required. Management didn't even plan this out, just dumped money into it. - Tried to force a separation agreement when people leave, which would have stopped this honest review had I signed it. The agreement is hush money in return for not being able to talk about the company.
