Pros

Company has more orders than they can produce and are making record profits. Pay and hours were decent in the beginning. They give you a 50$ allowance for your phone.

Cons

The company dumps extra tasks on you until you leave, my predecessor did as well. You will end up working a ton of extra non compensated hours and end up working way outside of your title/career/skill set For Example: Having to go to plant from 230am to 1030am after working a normal shift to solve a hydraulic problem is a bit strange for a controls person. Getting calls at all times of the day or night. Not a safe place to work, production people get hurt all the time,Even the safety person left. Getting money to replace obsolete parts is like pulling teeth. Most of the equipment is over 10 years old has been run hard.
