Pros

Can work with/around food, some friendly staff members, HR is rapidly improving, subsidized food can sometimes be cheaper then going to the store.

Cons

Lack of communication, no faith in management, "old guard" terrorizes new hires, many condescending attitudes, certain managers are tyrants (be ready to hear stories of them making subordinates cry or intimidating subordinates into quitting).
