      Pros

      Free Coffee on a Wednesday and a Thursday if you can get the pods fast enough

      Cons

      High Volumes expected that nobody can achieve. Management doesn't have a try idea of volumes only team leaders whom have their own favourites. FD Doesn't really care who gets stepped on and won't hesitate to replace someone behind their back

      Some colleagues Can’t think of much else

      Overworked Underpaid No leadership Always problems Rubbish systems No strategy Friends keep others jobs safe Not skills Use furlough to make people redundant Office staff forced in when they can work from home In pandemic Ridiculous bonus targets that move all the time

      Don’t ever join or even apply

      Pros

      If you are a jehovah witness you can get away with anything and get promoted.

      Cons

      They will fire you at the drop of a hat. I have been here for a short space of time and seen good people get fired for smallest mistake. If you are not a jehovah witness or do not have the same values as them - they will not treat you the same and will manage you out
