A really supportive and flexible atmosphere. You can choose your own hours and earn as much or as little as you want
Cons
Obviously, this does mean that income is less stable and you can be dropped out picked up by students at any time but if it's nothing to do with your performance the staff will try to set you up with a new student asap.
