MANAGEMENT!! The downside and ultimately what I believe will be the downfall of this company is there degrading, condescending, abusive, closed minded, harassing, gaslighting, demeaning, undermining, insulting, judgemental management. Please note when I say management, this is a dictatorship. There are no levels of management, there is just 1 boss and a few individuals who are willing to do her dirty work and endorse her poor treatment of other hard working individuals to maintain their favoritism. If you are someone with a sense of pride in your work or who likes to be innovative and take initiative. Do not bother with this place. They will steal your ideas and give you no credit for them. Management also does not understand how most of their operation works and has mo systems, trainings or organization in place to enable successful employment. You literally have to wing it and then are reprimanded when management is not satisfied with your work, which most of the time. They will accuse you of having to be babied while the whole time you have to do double and triple work to accommodate their ignorance of their own company. Once again by management I mean the 1 and only dictator that is in charge of this place. Deplorable is an understatement for the way this place a ran and the way employees are treated.
