    I worked at Grey Group

    Pros

Wonderful team members. Friendly atmosphere and exciting projects. Every Friday there is a free breakfast and each person's birthday is celebrated with a cake.

    Cons

Sometimes very long working hours, but that's part of the job. Very demanding clients that expect the delivery of work to be done with the drop of a hat.

    Advice to Management

Keep the talent from leaving the company.
