Review is about greysoft.in and its bad management. I had my bad fortune and was employed with this worst company for some time. Talking about this company, only thing that can come into my mind are cons. Because there are not pros to mention. So the cons are 1. They don't have proper top level management. There is insane level of company politics going on in company. 2. They don't treat fresher and exploit them and play with their career 3. There have been some case where they say employees to live their job abrubtly without any prior notice and even they don't credit their salary for that month. 4. They don't provide salary on time and if ask for appraisal they will excuse that company don't have fund. 5. Long working hours is the biggest issue. Even if you don't have work, manager will make you to sit long hour for no reason at all. 6. At last they don't treat employee as a employee but they treat us as their labourer I suggest that if you care about your future then you should surely avoid this miserable company with miserable management
