The management may act as if it's giving you a great opportunity. But will exploit you like no one has ever exploited you. > No fixed working hours > FORGET your WEEKENDS > Career ruining company > NO PROS WHATSOEVER > ONE MAN ARMY KINDA SETUP

> SALARY DELAY IS A ROUTINE, DELAYS UP TO FEW WEEKS / MONTHS considered normal > No HR (2 ppl in HR) > Policies meant to harass employees > Eat up incentives of employees, one employee was robbed 1 lakh of annual incentive > Worst work cutlure, pathetic HR / Management > Poorest of poor accommodations and facilities for Onsite BA's, developers > Worst sales team for Process Automation Line of business - 1 person sitting there, WHO DOESNT DESERVE TO BE ANYWHERE ELSE > 1 WASHROOM for over 60 employees > No parking facilities, small rented one floor of a shabby building

No pros kind of thing in this company, whoever got any offer to join please don't join🙏

Everything is cons here, whoever given the more than 1 star either they are forced to do so by the company, because we were in their shoes a long time ago, or they are made bargain with... Non-payment of variable component for over 2 years. Worst Management, delayed salary sometimes even it'll be 3 months, no support from HRs. It seems like one person company who takes all decisions and no increment. They don't value their employees and can call you anytime and there is no weekend kind of thing, I've worked 1 month without any weekend Off and more than 12 hours/ day and delivered the project but no recognition at all. No reimbursement, you've to use your money for travel and food on client location whether you're in India or abroad. No work life balance, life becomes hell in this company.

Long list... 1. Salary not on time 2. Expenses not on time 3. Increment not on time 4. PLI(Bonus) not on time and etc.... if you call to HR regarding above mentioned list only one reply you will get “WE DON’T HAVE FUND”. I worked here more then 2 years and l left this company before 1 year and I didn’t get my FNF yet. I don’t know it will come or not..
