Fast Paced - if you're used to big corporate where 8 people work on 1 policy and take 6 months to implement

Pros
Highly flexible, primarily remote, monthly Mental Health Day, regular team lunches, training opportunities. Leadership is genuinely part of the team! Gridware invest in their people. I did not want to move on.
Cons
None worth mentioning. The business closes 2 weeks before Christmas, which made it difficult to finish ahead of the long break.
