Feel secure in my role here, but also feel excited about the company's growth potential (which is rare at companies that feel very stable). - Diverse team that's getting even more diverse as we've grown.
Cons
- Work/life balance can be challenging in any startup environment (ours included), but if you're good at setting boundaries and communicating, you should be fine!
