The most toxic work environment i've ever worked in. Incredibly misogynistic - women are repeatedly left out of meetings, talked over, sidelined, unappreciated and uncredited for their work. Incredibly long working hours with little social life. The company has a strong Chinese work culture and all key decisions are made in China, with little say elsewhere. Very little smart people, making smart decisions at the top. Everyone is against each other and have their own agendas, rather than doing what's best for the company. Zero clear strategy and always flip flopping. Internal communications is poor. Didn't want to announce CCO had decided to leave and had to find out online through a news article. The company is split into multiple divisions and everyone works in silo, rather than as one - this is also why people are against each other and have their own agendas.
