      Not much really. Pretty space to work in, but I can't say much more than that. But, don't judge a book by its cover!`

      Cons

      It is a private company. If you are not working out, they will not work with you, they will get rid of you. Management lacked the ability and emotional intelligence to communicate. The focus seemed to be profit and belittling the staff rather than focusing on resolving the issues. There was no focus on personal or intellectual growth. This was the worst working environment I have ever experienced.

      Pros

      The company is growing quickly and there is room to grow within the company because of this. You’re always busy and the day goes by quickly. The CEO is active in trying to find new softwares and solutions to supplement growth. Regular birthday and work anniversaries which can get cheesy but appreciated. 09/30/2021

      You often feel like the company is understaffed but again that’s a result of the growing status
