Pros

Location is central - there is nothing else good about this place.

Cons

- Exceptionally poor communication from senior leadership. - Failure to address on going company issues, head in the sand approach. - Severe lack of recognition of talented employees. Virtually non-existent progression and development. - Poor people management by HR. No incentives to perform well.

Pros

Office Location, is OK. Salary, wasn't too bad. The industry is interesting and the Products/Services are beneficial to society. Some colleagues were genuine and effective.

Cons

Staff Turnover - The Machiavellian nature of this workplace leaves no-one untouched. The fact that in the last 6 months at least 10 people have left really says it all. I am genuinely surprised that a company the size of GuildLink is still functioning, given the rate of staff turnover and subsequent loss of IP and momentum. Teflon Coating - some employees can do no wrong and are untouchable. Everyone else gets shut down for trying to fix a problem or improve a process. Lack of Direction - senior leadership can't make a strategic or brand/ product decision and stick with it. Everything GuildLink does is a reaction to a competitor or an ill conceived notion.

Awful

Pros

Office located in the City

Cons

Senior staff behaviour and management is appalling. Constantly overlooking major issues, creating a cancerous office culture, and setting goals they are incapable of delivering on, and refusing to learn from their mistakes. Staff leave dishevelled and frustrated due to terrible decision makers who have poor communication skills. Management then points the finger at staff who have left for mistakes management orchestrated in the first place. This company is held together with politics, connections, inappropriate conduct and lies. Expect the absolute worst.
