      None. Long hours with low pay.

      Cons

      They pay their sub contractors peanuts. And expect the managers to convince them to do the work for sub par pay. On call 6 days a week while working like 60 hours. No room for advancement. Low pay, long hours, use your own vehicle with minimal compensation. Start up with no clue

      It got my foot in the door to the industry Priced lower than other name name brand competitors

      2 leads out of the whole 3 weeks I worked there. 1 of which was a ride along that the manager was leading and was extremely rude to the customer. The 2nd the address was to a forest with no house. Product is kind of on the lower end of the line up between other big competitors.
