Such a poor company, no work life balance and not good enough pay to justify it. Watching staff members continually burn out and doing nothing to rectify

Low pay for the demands of the job. No career progression. Zero work-life balance. Management dictatorship type. No vision, no future plan. Inconsistent way of working. Lack of processes, procedures, guidelines, miscommunication with the clients. It is a stressful environment to work in due to the huge staff rotation because the lack of support from Management, the lack of clear roles and responsibilities and overall the customers relationship is not one of honestly and openness.
