Pros

Some individuals are OK to work with, unless they are the owners' favourites in a competition for their favour. They have a commission structure that is out of our grasp.

Cons

With the new HR, they talked about creating a better workplace, but nothing has changed. The same culture we've had for so long is a reflection of the owners. The majority of employees cry on the way home .
