      some of the hourly employee's where the best to work with

      no chance for advancement, they do not promote from within. raises are very seldom they want you to work 24/7 they do not care if you have family time, but management makes sure they have theirs. HR is not for the employees, just making themselfs look good they say your family when you work there but treat you worst then a family treats the red headed step child

      Some management that I interfaced with genuinely seems to care about safety and it employees.

      Cons

      It appears that the overall corporate direction lacks the understanding on expansion and fair treatment of employees. Pay is below average and working conditions is extremely poor. There is NO solid direction and I would advise not applying.
