I have been working in hew software solutions from past 3 months on wards. It a good organisation to prove you're skills. My Interview have been taken 2 days.They are 3-Rounds. 1.Online Test 2.HR Round 3.CEO round. I have learned new things in this organisation and I have been working on different technologies and team support is awesome.
Cons
Entertainment programs (birthday parties,weekend parties,e.t.c..).In other aspects very good organisation.

nothing to explain as under a lady who is illiterate how can one survive
Cons
if you join this company you will be governed by a lady who is not the CEO, she will get week-offs and rest are bonded laborers. if you dont know how to appease her you will be terminated without any valid reason, even they will not offer experience letter and appointment letter.
