      Pros

      Good bonus awards for top earners. Easy relaxed job, requiring little effort and no stress to achieve targets. Structured and proven processes to develop business, with clear procedures and processes in balance to ensure compliance to FSA guidelines.

      Cons

      Company down scaling, with all lending stopped and only collections activity being undertaken by the remaining 20 branches. No future.

      Don't do it, the stress isn't worth it, but hopefully things are now changing

      Head Office is in a really nice location to work

      Cons

      Senior management have been bleeding the company dry for years. There has been an endemic culture to get the most I can attitude, or what's in it for me. Management Bonus schemes pay out to those who simply don't deserve it because they aren't doing the work to support the employees in the branch network or in other department. Basically if your face fits it doesn't matter if your bad at your job as you'll be compensated anyway. If your a normal person doing a good job expect to be treated really badly
