Constantly restructuring the org and letting great people go so they can save a buck. Laid off the entire support team and now asking ALL employees to step in and play support 3 hours a day and 2 hours during weekends. Everything is top down and people have no say. No respect to employees when on internal calls. Nothing is ever good enough, always requiring more outside your responsibility. Fear tactic is used to keep you going. Best advice is to look somewhere else because you will get PTSD.

Horrible leadership, horrible culture, everyone is overworked and management will suck the life out of you. This company is not focused on their people, the client or the software. Please do not work here if you want a work life balance. Do not work here if you have years of experience and actually want to enjoy waking up everyday. This is not a tech company this is an ego company that thrives on authoritarian management whom gain no results due to their employees being mistreated daily. Do not accept that offer, and do not apply.
