      Pros

      Free fruit every week. 'Some' of the people are ok

      Cons

      Long hours and little respect for what you do. The business structure is a mess, it's as if it's still living in the 1980's with little to no investment in the UK and the people they put in charge (VP's) are not interested in others, only themselves. Think very hard before approaching or accepting a job here, there's so much more in Cambridge and the surrounding areas where you'll be respected better.

      Pros

      Good colleagues, good products, given the tools you need to do your job. Please note that there are a lot of good people in this company, in all countries including the US.

      Cons

      Far too many middle managers. Managers that only consider the team they belong to is the one above them. Inconsiderate micro management is quite common. The team they manage is often treated as a stepping stone. Annoying your manager can easily result in being out of the door, this was particularly obvious in lockdown as staff loss was so easy to achieve, and was done silently so quite often their colleagues were unaware. Very US centric, other country employees are not treated the same. Lousy UK holidays, only 20 days!
