      Pros

      Stable and safe. Tasks are tedious but not difficult. It's fine as long as the career is not your high priority and you don't care how the teammates comment on you. They can't move you oir harm you as long as you follow the standard procedures.

      Cons

      The core task for everyone from all levels is to please and answer questions from their bosses. Nothing about performance. And you won't get any incentive for good performance. Obsolete organization.
