Established global company with good systems in place. Recognised in the marketplace and attracts reputable Clients.
Cons
Departments are to siloed, creating limited project work flexibility within the office. Departmental leads pigeonhole skill sets without encouraging diversity. Senior management need to be more understanding of technology, and appreciate time to deliver. Unrealistic expectations. Too much American influence.
