      pay was decent but that’s it

      Literally everything. They don’t pay their vendors. They worry about the wrong things and ultimately don’t care about their employees. Probably one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had

      Great food and good pay

      Cons

      Management is garbage. The constantly shrug off any issues that you present. Love firing useful chefs but will keep the worst of the worst because they’re reliable by just showing up. They know about the restaurant business but they don’t know anything about hospitality
