Pros
most of the job classifications are unionized so the pay and benefits etc are pretty good.
Cons
Like most health care sector employers they are out to reduce their bottom line and will do so by putting some of the costs onto the employees where able. such as eliminating the drug courier service between sites and asking staff to deliver drugs paying a low per km rate instead of covering gas, vehicle and insurance expenses.
