      Pros

      An interview process which was quite unique but one that allowed me to not only learn and understand the company myself, but also get to know who I would be working with. Learning every day with adult development at the heart of the company vision, providing a safe place to make mistakes, an open transparent culture. Working remotely and provided with all the relevant equipment A very supportive and collaborative team who are great fun to work with Flexible, understanding and encouraging management team

      Cons

      The only con is I've not managed the meet the wonderful staff in person yet!
