Highest levels of management deceitful and dishonest, not to mention the lack of moral fortitude. No care for employees' careers long term, only for short term profits, no matter how many times they say otherwise. Bait and switch for employees. Attempt to instill a culture of employee growth, however none of it is practical outside of their own company after they terminate you to save some money when their poor project acquisition skills and lack of a solid plan finally bites them where the sun doesn't shine. Promises future work with no intention of delivering. Just overall deception to keep employees from turning over when its not opportunistic for them.
