Thank you for your feedback – we strive to be most exciting work experience for our associates, on a fast-paced environment with ongoing learning opportunities as our associates travel across Europe and get exposure to different assets in different cities, and with different types of clients. Whilst most people will stay with HVS for 2-3 years to learn the ropes of feasibility and valuation work, we also keep celebrating major milestones of team members that have been with us for 10, 20, 35 years or more. When one of our associates moves on to the next opportunity, whilst this is a loss of talent within the office, we gain yet another contact to enrich our vast pool of alumni, we will keep in contact with for years to come.

Great place to learn valuation, exposed to different markets and brands. Leadership is very knowledgeable so there's plenty to learn from them both job and career-wise. Exposed to many clients and trusted to interact with many different parties during projects.

Cons

Can be fast-paced with tight deadlines and long hours, but you also give to earn.
