Pros
Working with friendly people who are always there to listen to you due to everyone feeling the same.
Cons
Left the company recently and it's been the best decision I've made. I felt like the life had been zapped out of me and was constantly put down to feel worthless. I had zero confidence and zero self esteem in my remaining time at the company. You get sold a dream and left feeling deflated with the constant belittling and bullying that you face on a daily basis. The typical all smiles and rainbows on social media but once in the company you soon realise it isn't the place it's made out to be
