- Super warm and friendly colleagues - Everyone is incredibly helpful - Small teams that allows for autonomy - work on your initiate and be open to feedback - Scope to work on a wide range of industries as well as size of businesses - Exposure to all aspects of the business, from sales to support to engineering to product - Working with an amazing product that everyone is passionate about - Lunch allowance - At times WFH option

Great people, great managers, great fun! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming So far the work life balance looks great, and some flexibility around working hours/WFH

Cons

Benefits package could do with some work for non US offices, but I'm sure this will come with time Onboarding is also a little slow with no clear plan, again as the company is growing so quickly I am sure this will improve with time.

We do the general company onboarding (mission -> CRDSP) but need to get more specific on a 30/60/90 day plan for each org. That will ensure stronger alignment and good integration to the company.
